Do you have any questions?
I already have a website but it’s not on Shopify. Can I use JavaMania Dropshipping?
No. Due to the complexity of technical integration with other platforms - and the overall popularity of Shopify - we are only accepting candidates who utilize Shopify.
Why do you charge a monthly fee?
We've found it's a good incentive for our customers to keep their stores active. The monthly fee is directly applied to your coffee costs, so active sellers effectively pay nothing.
How difficult is it to set up my Shopify site to send orders to JavaMania?
It takes most of our clients about 90 minutes to set up their site to send orders to JavaMania. Detailed instructions are available online and we’re more than happy to help with troubleshooting.
Can I provide you with custom pre-printed labels or packaging?
This is an option under the Platinum plan.
What types of bags do you offer?
We offer high quality valved bags in Matte Black and Kraft Paper finishes.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer 12 Ounce, 2 Pound and Five Pound bags.
What does the packaging our customer receives look like?
The coffee will be shipped in either a cardboard box or plastic shipping bag. The box will contain no JavaMania branding.
What will I pay for shipping?
We utilize the lowest rate provider for each package, based on weight, dimensions and shipping distance. Shipping costs are charged to you at our cost with no markup. What is your return policy?
If a product is returned due to a mistake on JavaMania’s part, you will receive a credit from JavaMania for the original product cost. All other returns and related costs will be determined by your policy.
Can we get a different size label?
This is an option under the Platinum plan.
Can you ship my merchandise to customers (hats, mugs, shirts, etc.)
This is available on the Platinum plan for an additional fee.
