Important Update to Online Payment Options

 

The following message was emailed out to all wholesale customers on January 2, 2022.

Going forward, your account with JavaMania has been updated to accept orders paid via credit card or via installments using the Shopify Payments plan. We will no longer be sending invoices or accepting payment by check on new purchases.

 

Why is this changing?

80% of our customers place average orders of $1,000 or less. We value everyone’s business but the work associated with tracking and following up on the large volume of smaller invoices is significant. By streamlining the payment process, we can focus on what we do best – being a coffee roastery.

 

What's in it for me?

This is a great opportunity for you to use a credit card that gives rewards points! JavaMania will pay the credit card fees associated with each transaction, not you.

You can also spread payments for your purchases over two months, interest free! If you choose “Shop Pay” as your payment option when checking out, we will split your purchase into 4 equal interest-free payments over eight weeks. It gives you the freedom to stretch your cash flow while simplifying our side of the business.

 


How should I pay any outstanding invoices from 2021?

Check is fine. You can also pay your open invoices online at https://javamania.coffee/account.

  

 

Does this impact how I pay my monthly equipment lease?

No. This change only impacts online orders for coffee and other products. We will continue to send invoices and accept existing payment methods for equipment leases.
